INTRODUCTION
Prestige Realty Group is a mid-size luxury real estate brokerage operating across three cities with eight active agents. Despite strong inbound interest, the team had no unified system — leads came in from multiple channels, lived in personal phones, and were followed up inconsistently. The result: lost deals, frustrated agents, and a management team flying blind
MY ROLE
I came in as CRM Strategist and Automation Architect. My job was to design the entire lead management infrastructure from scratch — from the moment a lead is captured to the moment a deal closes — and make sure every agent could work inside it with minimal friction.
