INTRODUCTION
Greenfield Developments was managing three active housing estate projects simultaneously — over 200 registered buyers, 8 sales agents, and a finance team tracking installment payments in Excel. The company had already suffered two high-profile double-allocation incidents that damaged buyer trust and generated legal threats. Management had no real-time view of plot availability, payment status, or agent performance. The crisis was operational.
MY ROLE
I came in as CRM Architect and Systems Integrator. I designed the full property management layer on GoHighLevel — plot registry, buyer records, payment tracking, agent pipeline, document workflows, and the management command dashboard that gave directors visibility across all three estates in real time.
