Both. A large portion of our work is CRM auditing and system fixes — clients come to us with a CRM that's already in place but isn't performing. We diagnose what's broken, what's missing, and what needs to be rebuilt, then implement the fixes with a clear priority order.
Our CRM Audit service is often the best starting point. It gives you a full picture of your current system's health before committing to a larger engagement.
We do both, depending on your preference and engagement scope. For clients on our full Email Campaign service, we write, sequence, and configure the entire email flow — including subject lines, body copy, and send logic — tailored to your brand voice and lead types.
If you already have copy you're happy with, we can build the automation and delivery system around your existing content. We'll review it and make recommendations where needed.

Our implementation fee is a one-time project cost. There are no ongoing fees from Pipeline Agency unless you choose to engage us on a retainer for continued support and system development.
However, you will have ongoing costs from the CRM platform itself — GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc. all have their own subscription fees. We'll make sure you understand exactly what those costs are before you commit to any platform.
